One of two people arraigned on meth charges denied bond

metharrestsOne of two Savannah people arrested after a months-long investigation that followed their purchases of materials used to manufacture methamphetamine has been denied bond.

Allahnah Quinones, 27, was granted $4,900 bond in registrar’s court Monday and Richard Voigt was denied bond, according to the Chatham-Savannah Counter Narcotics Team.

Both are charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of tools used in the commission of a crime.

Both have also been linked to a burglary and more charges are expected, officials said.
