State troopers have charged a Savannah woman with felony vehicular homicide and drunken driving in a wreck that killed a 24-year-old local man in Pooler earlier this year. Amanda Marie Abram, 22, was arrested Monday for first-degree vehicular homicide and misdemeanor charges of failure to maintain lane, driving with an unlawful blood-alcohol level and driving under the influence for the March 7 wreck on Quacco Road that took the life of Justin Sarver. Sarver died at Memorial University Medical Center after the Honda Civic he was driving on Quacco Road was struck head-on by a Mercedes C350 driven by Abram about 4 a.m. that day, according to a state patrol report.
